What is a Bootcamp / Boot camp?
A bootcamp is a group exercise done outdoors and focusing on what is known as High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This is a mixture of cardio endurance and muscle strength.
The main difference between a bootcamp and exercising at the gym is that, as Forest Gump would say "you never know what you gonna get...". The element of surprise and constant change is what makes bootcamp such an enjoyable and engaging experience.
The other main difference between a bootcamp and group exercises at the gym is that you get the chance to meet new people, fellow bootcampers, who will play a key role in motivating you and pushing you to achieve great results.
Results of Our Bootcamps
It is hard to understand the benefits of Bootcamps or
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), that's why we compiled a chart taken from one of our bootcamps for February 2011, to show you the improvement on a few exercises only. You can see that the improvement is generally quite visible for new bootcampers: 160% improvement on push-ups, 90% max on burpies... We are very peculiar about assessments and results.
