Schedule of Sessions
Our
Bootcamp for beginners (Bootcamp 101) runs in Safa Park, 3 times a week on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday over 4 weeks (12 sessions of 1 hour in total).
Who is Fitness O2?
Fitness O2 is a pioneer in bootcamps, group training and corporate fitness classes since 2007, we were one of the first companies to launch military style bootcamp training in Dubai. including the first bootcamp in Ski Dubai We run corporate fitness events for large multinational clients, providing services such as team building activities (think "human foosball"), fitness assessments and lectures.
Our Co-founder, Zena Habi is a Reebok ambassador for the Middle-East, has trained VIP clients in multiple countries in the Middle-East and is an expert in the field of Fitness.
