Renegade Bootcamp is an interval based, fast paced, group training programme designed to help you:

Who is it for?

Our standard bootcamp (Renegade Bootcamp), is designed for people with a relatively good level of fitness and who don't enjoy training alone or at the gym, and are looking for a "team" experience which will make training much more fun (and therefore rewarding) supervised by a certified trainer.

If you believe you have not trained in a while and would like to try the "bootcamp" experience, then you should check our Bootcamp for beginners course (Bootcamp 101) instead of Renegade Bootcamp.

Are Trainers Going to be Yelling at Me?

This is a common misconception: bootcamp being a "military" kind of word, people may think that they will be yelled at and screamed at by an inconsiderate trainer.  This is not the case!

The objective of bootcamps and the goal of the trainer is to provide you with a challenging group experience, that is different every session, while motivating you and pushing you to reach your potential.  You will not be intimidated in any way, in fact, with time, you will start building good relationships and team spirit with your other fellow bootcampers.  The beauty of it is, as Forest Gump would say "you never know what you' gonna get" each session, and this element of surprise is what is so attractive in bootcamps.

What will Renegade Bootcamp do for you?

Every bootcamp session is original, designed to improve your fitness level, VO2 Max (the maximum volume of oxygen consumed per minute) and cardio/resistance endurance.

Bootcamps are designed to reduce body fat while increasing muscle mass, strengthen the core, increase flexibility, power, strength, agility, speed, metabolism and overall confidence.by experienced trainers, including ex-military personnel (you won't be yelled at though :) ).  The trainers will inspire and motivate you and to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Renegade Bootcamp programmes are conducted in troops of 10 to 30 people of different fitness levels.  The instructors guide the recruits through a combination of sporting activities ranging from athletic drills, sports specific training tasks, obstacle courses, kickboxing, weight training, group races and more. Schedule of Sessions

Our Standard Bootcamp (Renegade Bootcamp) runs in Safa Park or JBR, 3 times a week on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday over 4 weeks (12 sessions of 1 hour in total).

Who is Fitness O2?

Pricing

The price for Renegade Bootcamp is 850 Dhs for 12 sessions (either in JBR, or in Safa Park).  However you can save 200Dhs if you like us on facebook and use the discount coupon code on our fan page.
