Renegade Bootcamp is an interval based, fast paced, group training programme designed
Every session is original, designed to improve your fitness level, VO2 Max (the maximum volume of oxygen consumed per minute) and cardio/resistance endurance. Bootcamps are designed to reduce body fat while increasing muscle mass, strengthen the core, increase flexibility, power, strength, agility, speed, metabolism and overall confidence.by experienced trainers, including ex-military personnel. Our ex-military trainers have at least six years experience within the armed forces of Australia and the U.S.A. The trainers are not there to intimidate you though, but rather, to inspire and motivate you and to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Renegade Bootcamp programmes are conducted in troops of 10 to 30 people of different fitness levels. The instructors guide the recruits through a combination of sporting activities ranging from athletic drills, sports specific training tasks, obstacle courses, kickboxing, weight training, group races and more.
