Sports specific training is one to one training designed to improve your ability and fitness in relation to a specific sport or event.  Whether you’re training for a marathon, triathlon or just love to be super fit, Fitness 02 instructors will put you to the test with activities designed to up your game. 

Fitness 02 can help you focus your training towards a specific goal, whether it improvement on the rugby pitch, the tennis court, or abseiling down a cliff.  In this personal training option, the instructor will devise a programme with emphasis on the core fitness required for your activity of choice, pushing your skills that step further to take you to the next level and obtain your maximum output.

The results include an increase in your fitness level, an understanding of sports specific training methodology and better results; the speed, strength and power to set and beat your own records.
