Whether you’re slim, a powerhouse, or somewhere in-between, maintaining firm toned muscles takes a little work.  The Tone It personal training package aims to keep you trim and taught, eliminating sagging and cellulite.

The emphasis in Tone It may vary as some of us want to build muscle, while others want to firm up particular areas.  This focus will determine the structure of your programme, although all toning programmes will include weight work to strengthen and define muscles, with the secondary benefit of building stronger bones and improving flexibility, stability and balance.
